"The staff was excellent especially Diego. He really went above and beyond. I had a lot of problems with my flight and luggage and he did everything possible to help. Even changed the dates of my stay without charging me. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and stores. "

"The place is very open, peaceful, clean and very friendly, helpful accommodating staff. Breakfast is sufficient. Kenatea, the manager is very nice. Our flight is not until late in the afternoon and she let us stayed in our room until we are ready to leave for our flight. "

"Great hotel with excellent restaurant and staff. It’s about a 25 min walk to town along the coast, passing by Moai. Only addition would be screens in doors so you can leave them open at night for cooler air."

"Wonderful experience - fantastic staff and service at this “oasis” - the restaurant was wonderful, the pool was refreshing after each day of touring, the staff helped arrange our extra tours and even arranged a rental car for us. Only downside - roosters wake you up early! About 5:15 each morning!"

"As are many of the businesses in Rapa Nui this is a family owned and run business. It is a great value in a home like atmosphere. It included a great breakfast. Being very well located in the village I walked to everything. Marcello had great recommendations for everything and does tours for his guests. "Maunga Roa Eco Lodge made our stay in Easter Island an absolute dream. The home was beautiful, decorated very nicely, quiet, and the absolute most amazing view one could have on the island. You are away from the hustle and noise from the town and can truly have a retreat with peace and quiet. The host was amazing and made sure everything was perfect. "Amazing property! Everyone here is incredibly kind and so attentive, the room was absolutely beautiful! The view is gorgeous, and I love that it is a small boutique hotel with a really focus on taking care of you as the customer. Phenomenal experience, very close to the airport, and very close to Town center. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and would stay here again when I return."
