"Was supposed to be staying in this hotel Monday-Wednesday. My stay was cancelled by the hotel on the Friday before. This was around 2 weeks ago. I have still not received a refund from the hotel or hotels.com. Hotels.com offered an alternative on the Friday and I was told this was the only option but this hotel didn’t work for me and I asked for a refund and was told this would be processed.
