It is impossible to sleep as it is very warm and the ventilator does not help. Would be nice to have air-conditioning. "Very helpful on reception. Some breakfast service was better than others. Maybe wearing headphones hinders hearing the customers' requests. Ckeaning staff on Sunday was excellent, other days not so. I still think there is a tiwel under the bed that must have been there before we arrived. Ionly saw it when I checking before we left. I would certainly vidit this hotel again. The swimming pool is bejue and quirky but very needed after a busy day at the Christmas markets."

"This is a fantastic place to stay. Close to public transport. Well appointed, spacious rooms. The staff were incredible, especially Meliesa, who will definitely win receptionist of the year.
