"Beautiful hotel and grounds, our second time. Whilst the staff seemed nice, non were engaging or overtly friendly. We got engaged here last year and my brother ordered a bottle of bubbly to our room and the hotel staff brought it to the room with a blue sticky note on it. No hotel card to write the note on it.
