"The staff were very helpful and kind, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great location in the center of Times Square. We had room service to use the $40 resort fee if you dont use it you lose it as they told us. The food was ok but pricey we got pizzas for kids and breakfast one morning -on booking we assumed breakfast was included its not an over sight on our part. Overall a lovely hotel with helpful staff."

"I loved the service I received. I called for extra blankets and they were promptly delivered. The blankets were warm and smelled clean. The room was immaculate and slept very well The surrounding area is something the hotel cannot control since it is East Elmhurst but the Marriott is the beacon of excellence! Highly recommended!"

"It was a very very nice hotel, staff was awesome. Whem ever I had a question or needed something I was always greated with a smile. Check in was easy. Even though I arrived two hrs early, the bell hop took out bags so we can wait and walk aroind the city. We only had to wait an hour for room. The only issue that I wasn't fond off was the long line for the panrty "breakfast line". I understand it was a busy time of the year, and that is was a major hoilday week. But I waited sometimes over 30mins...
