"Hotel was great! Oasis in the middle of a very bustling, crazy and tough city! Room was great, pool was good. But all in the city so everything was a bit small (I'm 6"4 and was with my family...maybe we were too big : )... The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade for our girls so they could be on the same floor as us --- very nice! Our Royal suite was extremely spacious, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, included breakfast was excellent. Perfect location, too, just a couple blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, the water puppet theater, and the heart of the Old Quarter. "Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"
