"Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the bay. Well thought out with all amenities. Spa needed updating in some areas - air filter in shower in spa covered in dust, hairs on the floor, grouting dirty in places. Spa facilities good, pool and jacuzzi good temperature. All in all a good stay."

"Such a lovely space, the views across the bay at breakfast are wonderful. The staff are really helpful and courtious which made the stay that little bit more special. Had a stunning afternoon tea, with tasty sandwiches , fantastic cakes and scones Overlooking the lawns and ocean."

"Great location in the middle of all the action. Very comfortable bed and good quality leisure facilities. They were refurbishing floors but tried to minimize impact. The staff are the true gift - everyone was very welcoming and very professional yet personal. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in a castle valley view room. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise made it even more memorable. "We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. We booked breakfast also on the sunday very easy and relaxed and loada to choose from the full English was amazing! We will definitely be back next year, big thank...

"Convenient position. Efficient people on reception. Nice cosy room. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."

"Every area at this property was tastefully decorated and a lounge with plenty of sofas to sit on and relax. The views were lovely and food that was served in restaurant or bar was cooked to perfection. My new favourite hotel!! "
