"The estate is beautiful. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay but the the hotel could do with some maintenance. You could not turn off or turn down the heating so it was too hot in the bedroom on the first night. The TV is very small and the screen was slightly damaged, and the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. 10am checkout is too early! "

"Host (James) was really nice and welcoming. I had a single room with its own bathroom which was perfect and clean - it had everything - tv, shower sink and toilet - a small built in wardrobe to hang clothes, a desk and chair and a bed with a bedside table. There was a good selection of teas and coffees and was given fresh milk for the room on arrival. Location was a short 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and its even closer to the seafront (hoe).
