"Can’t complain. Reception was quick and straight forward for checking in and out. Room was clean with a good sized bathroom and shower. Beds were comfy, but had better pillows. Overall good night sleep. "

"Very friendly and helpful check-in, clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Very cold when we entered the room but it quickly warmed up. Very convenient place to stay with easy parking once we solved the puzzle of getting to the back of the hotel :) We'll be back. The double room would have been improved with a second chair."

"I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. I enjoy my stay, Definitely will come back. Thank you! Merci! "

"It was brilliant. Parking was excellent. Welcome was wonderful from Jordan and Dan. The food was fab. My daughter had e allergies and slywia went above and beyond to provide food for her. I would highly recommend. Five minutes walk from the bullring meant it was an ideal location too! (Photo is of personalised egg free milk free child pudding)"

"It was very large and new. I wish the rooms came with instructions on how to use the touch pad and electricity etc and more water available or water fountains but it was a lovely place and room and everyone was very nice "
