We loved the included mini bar, daily replenished, and the top-notch amenities like the gym, and spa area. "The property was very clean and had everything we needed, especially air conditioning! It was essential to use the public bus service as it is too far to walk into the centre and not possible to use the car. The service was not totally reliable the week we stayed although not expensive if you pay using contactless."

"Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool was clean and sunny, and not too busy in May. Easy to get into Florence by bus, which is only 1€, which I would recommend for dinner as there are not many places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant is expensive. "
