Florence Hotel Guide - Cheap Hotels in Florence, Tuscany

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

One special little black lady seemed to magically know when we returned as she would be waiting for us to see if we needed anything. "
