"Lovely traditional hotel. Public spaces were definitely '5 star', comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. Rooms were less so, more a solid '4 star' as neither plush nor overly comfortable. On arrival, there were blown lamp bulbs that should have been replaced before giving the room to guests and the USB sockets did not work either which was somewhat inconvenient. However, most room amenities were excellent (like the Acgua di Parma toiletries) and the daily complimentary soft drink mini bar...
