The only hiccup was that parking at times was tight as someone tried to park in our spot and another parked so close to our door we almost hit the car walking just trying to get past to our door. "If you want a hotel right on the bay with a beach area this is for you. Manatees swam around our kayak, dolphins visited each morning, along with other wildlife, which we love. We did take our own kayak as they are quite expensive to rent and not in great condition. That way we could go out more often whenever we wanted. "The check in was OK, The front desk clerk is apparently required to sternly lay out the rules and regs which includes explaining that visiting guests are required to check in at the front desk and be charged a $50. fee per guest per day to use the pool and beach and no coolers are aloud at the beach or pool. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (no discount was offered for the inconvenience), so we had yo keep going up and down 3 flights of stairs from...
