"Lovely place, we’ve stayed before and will stay again. Only issue is the cleaning of the sofa bed, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time and when we opened it up I had to give it a proper vacuum and we had to request a new mattress protector as it was dirty and sheets/ duvet cover that weren’t with spare duvet and cushions. The staff sorted it quickly and were super helpful. "

"We have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and have noticed that it seems to have changed hands, which made me more confident to book, as the previous owners charged my debit card twice and it took ages to get a refund! Anyway, back to the present - the apartment is in an ideal location for us and is great because it’s self contained. One (or two) drawbacks this time - no tea and coffee and we could not, no matter what work the smart TV, which was obviously smarter than us!!...

"Lovely clean cottage, if you are over 6’ tall you might struggle as the space around the toilet in the wet room is very limited. Otherwise a great little place for a couple of days. 2 lots of garden furniture and a log burner in the living room area were a bonus and the small but well equipped kitchen came in handy for preparing a curry!"

"Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
