"You can smell somone smoking in the room. This place is a non smoking hotel however there's a huge chance guests are ignoring the rule. Stayed for approx 4 days but half the days we smelled heavy smoke. Overall, bathroom was great, cleaniness was great, front staff were friendly, and great location. "

"Second stay with my family here. While location is fantastic, there are still a few areas that can be improved. Frosted with transparent bathroom wall makes showering extremely challenging for non-couple roommates. My sister had to use towels and tapes to block the transparent area so she can shower in peace while my dad remains in the room. "Had a last minute layover in Seoul and most of the hotels were fully booked. Travelodge Dongdaemun is a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Dongdaemun and a 10-minute walk to Gwangjang Market.
