"Had a bit of a problem checking in due to a new system. But Liz on reception soon sorted it out with a very friendly and reassuring service. Will come back here again because of the friendly welcome and also a very comfortable room."

Breakfast had plently of choices. Trams outside the front door. We would happily stay here again when we visit in the summer."

"Great property and would stay again. Tram runs from just across the road and is easy to use and not expensive for a day pass. Staff very friendly and willing to assist where needed. Rooms comfortable and a decent size."

"This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. Beautiful inside and modern. It was more peaceful than the hall. The appartment was spotless, the cleaners do such a good job. The grounds are well kept. You feel very safe. The staff helpful and friendly. Lovely clean leisure centre/pool. Cant wait to come back next year whether its in the hall or not. "

"Fabulous stay at the hotel even though we didn’t have time to use spa facilities they looked great and breakfast was lovely too although I am a tea drinker so would be better if we had more than 2 tea bags in the room if I had to be picky "
