"My room was clean & quiet, check-in was easy. I arrived at about 1am and there was someone at the desk. I didn't have a chance to use it but there is a nice little courtyard. This place is centrally located and you can walk less than 10 minutes to restaurants, shopping etc. This was less than a mile from the cruise terminal. I was able to talk a scenic walk down to the terminal, burrard St is a straight shot to the terminal. There are also buses available, and the Uber option was only $8. "

"I cannot say enough about the concierge, Monica, who made our anniversary visit wonderful. From amazing restaurant recommendations, to chocolate covered strawberries in our room to calling ahead to the restuarant to alert them to our special day. She did it all with patience, grace and professionalism. We will definitely visit again and that's in large part due to her and the amazing staff. Well done!"
