"Let's be honest Rotorua stinks...a sulphur lake would do that, and you get used to it. The hotel is lovely. Most activities in town are for adrenaline junkies but I recommend the Polynesian spa and Te Pa Tu - you get to see kiwis! "

"Overall this was great accommodation for myself and my daughter :) The staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy and it was very local to the shops. The only con was that there was no air conditioning, so it was a little hot at night time. It was also under renovations so looked run down from the outside and the pool wasnt going. Othet than that it was fine :) "
