" THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING,DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR, WE HAD TO WAIT HOURS FOR THE BREAKDOWN COMPANY TO ARRIVE AND WE WERE LOOKED AFTER BY THE STAFF,THEY EVEN USED THEIR COMPUTER TO SORT THINGS OUT FOR US"

"A very handy hotel for visiting Swansea or Morriston including the hospital, some 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Clean, reasonably comfortable, heating and hotwater problem was obvious during our stay. Good service, nice food and a large bar/ lounge on site . Free parking with some dog friendly rooms. "

"No plugs sockets by the beds in the room I stayed in, room was cold , a heater was already in the room when arrived , Bed are comfy, slept really well . Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."
