"This was our first time at this hotel. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location was superb. It is close to Washington square park and NYU( where we were visiting). We easily walked to restaurants and shops. The room was small but clean & cool. Water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good. I didn’t use the gym or eat at the hotel so I have no info on that. Hotel 309

2.0 star property
5.6 out of 10, (980)
"Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. The bed was soft and had extra pillows. Our room faced the back and was very quiet. A subway stop was steps away. Restaurants everywhere. A busy safe neighborhood. They had a Hotel Cat, which thrilled my daughter. It's, a one star hotel, and the building shows it's age. The shared bathroom was clean and available when we needed it. Unfortunately the lounge and garden were closed when we were there. The kitchenette was a great bonus, for a one star...
