"We stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasn’t expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! "

"The hotel is situated on the A299 about 5 miles from Ramsgate. Although on a very busy road the room was quiet and very comfortable. Check in was from 2pm and we arrived just before then. We were greeted warmly by the reception staffand check in was fast and efficient. Slight issue was that we had requested a twin room and were given a doulble but they changed the room immediately and without question. The room was very comfortable and we were at the back of the hotel so had a view over fields which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of both hot and cold offerings and the hot was HOT. Bar prices are very reasonable and the public areas are well maintained and pleasant."

Beautiful place to stay ,room was lovely and clean Staff were all great and so helpful when trying to sort our cab out Dinner and breakfast were all fantastic Highly recommended to everyone and if we were ever that way again would be our first choice to go to Thankyou for making our stay enjoyable "

"Great property, great location lots of lovley touches for everyone including the dog! Kitchen fully equiped with everything you need to cook whatever you fancy, including essentials like oil, condements and even a few spices. Soptlessly clean on arrival and great comms with Tina aloowing early arrival which was really appriciated! "

"The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings. The cottage is in good condition, especially the kitchen and bathroom that look almost new. The kitchen is very well equipped. We even had the pleasant surprise of finding fresh milk, local apple juice and cross buns which were great for our first breakfast. Tina and Steve provided us with a travel cot bed, high chair and baby bath for our son. This was very helpful and we didn’t need to bring ours for the long weekend. They are many toys, games and books available to borrow in the laundry room, and for all ages. Even for adults with a badminton set. And lots of space outside to play. The colourful fishes in the pond (protected by a fence so safe for children) are huge and very feisty and noisy when eating and we enjoyed watching them. It is a very good base to explore the area with so many places to visit within a 30 minutes drive (Canterbury, Broadstairs etc…). We definitely recommend the place and won’t hesitate to go back."
