"This stay was okay - the front desk staff were wonderful and the location was why we chose this place- close to Kew Gardens. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel though- more like an upscale hostel. The lightening in the room was too artificial and not warm and did not feel as cozy as other hotels I've been to.
