"방넓고 인테리어 깨끗하고 침대편하고 방음좋고 온습도 좋았어요. 프론트 및 주차직원분들도 친절하셨구요. 체크인때 주신 음료쿠폰은 아침에 1층 로비카페에서 카페라떼로 교환했는데, 진짜 다시 먹으러가야지할만큼 맛났어요. 미세먼지 많은날이었는데, 공기청정기 있으니 좋더라구요. 소음없이 너무 조용한 공기청정기라 추후 구매를 위해 사진도 찍어왔네요. 단 샤워실에 온수 온도가 오르락내리락해서 불편했어요. 수건도 너무 뽀송하고 두툼해서.. 이맛에 호텔온다며 만족스러워했습니다. 그리고 늦은밤 요청드린 얼음서비스 감사합니다"

"All the staff were so friendly and.. It's a cheap hotel but it has five star hotel service! The clean convenience store and the great buffet restaurant that costs less than regular restaurants were fantastic! The most impressive thing was.. "ホテルのフロントの男性がとても親切でした！初めての韓国旅行で韓国語が全く分かりませんでしたが、翻訳機を使い会話しました！こちらの意図を理解しようとしてくださって、空港までの行き方やテレビのリモコンの使い方まで教えて頂きました。駅からホテルまでは、加山デジタル団地駅五番出口からでて、横断歩道を渡るとすぐにバス停があります。そこからバスで３つ目くらいで降りて3分程歩きます。仁川空港までは、ホテルから2分の所にエアポートバスが来ます。部屋も綺麗で洗濯機、電子レンジもあって良かったです！アメニティは有料なので持参が必要です。"

"I was a little disappointed with their shuttle running only until 10pm because my arrival was 11pm. I used taxi and the fee wasn't so bad about $18. The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and gave us free morning coffee coupons. Subway and convenient stores are right next to the hotel. "

"The room was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers and cold drinks ( free ). However the beds were too small . Other than that everything was great. We Stayed in the west tower but felt that the east tower was relatively new n fresh."

"visited Incheon for a quick layover in Korea. I recommend this hotel! Staff was super friendly. There is a 24/7 convenient store at the lobby. Less than 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station :) rooms were spacious. Comfortable bed and sheets! The bathroom was clean ( no smell, powerful water pressure) "

"This was our second stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul. We love it's location in Myeongdong, close to shopping and many dining options. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite in the Executive Tower, where we enjoyed daily breakfast, afternoon tea and hors d'oeuvres in the exclusive La Cime lounge. We look forward to returning to Lotte Hotel Seoul again in May!"

"The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else."

"Big spacious room with close proximity to attractions but it is difficult to lug the luggage up and down the slopes . In addition , there was a protest on 22/3 in the area which resulted in a diversion to airport limousine services and as such , was not available at all near the hotel . The concierge should have updated the info when asked . "

"Hotel was clean, nearby the train station and staff was very helpful and friendly! Room was also big enough for 3 pax and had various amenities such as stove, washing machine and airdresser. But do note that there is no dryer and we did not see any utensils in the room. "
