"We stayed here for 1 night and would stay here over and over again. The room was so nice, the bed was comfy, the staff was perfect and so attentive. Eric at the reception was just awesome, helped us out wherever he could, bar staff was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Thank you for looking after us "

"The level of service provided by Hajar alone was enough to give this hotel five stars. If the hotel was at 1 star, and Hajar was working there, they'd have 5 stars! She was attentive, smiling and willing to bend over backwards for every customer. Now, the hotel - brilliant location, room and view! Everything was solidly amazing. If I had to give feedback, parking was a nightmare but this is out of their control and I accept that. The showerheads could be upgraded but nothing to knock the hotel. It was an amazing stay!"

"Short walk to city centre and Hippodrome theatre. Excellent breakfast…. Although seating area was a little chaotic Staff were very helpful and the early check-in was a pleasant surprise "
