"I really enjoyed my stay here! Wonderful staff and nice accommodations. Pier 39 is very close and easy to walk to. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The amount of food offered and the huge variety of options was above most hotels I’ve stayed at. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

"You said I had VIP access I did get a nice bottle of wine which I did drink. Our room was nice but it was the room we chose what was odd as we got there three hours early. The gentleman at the front desk said oh your room is ready, but you can only have it if you pay a $60 early access fee which we chose not to, and we start our luggage with the front desk and went into town and then came back and checked in.
