"The hotel was located in a pleasant area, we arrived around 6.30pm and was able to easily park in the hotel parking at the back of the hotel. On arrival in reception, it looked clean, tidy and well presented. However there was no staff around at all. We rang the desk bell a couple of times and no one appeared. "This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. "The room was very clean and tidy and luckily, a fan was provided because it was very warm up there due to the heatwave. The guy on reception was very friendly and informative and gave us simple instructions to get to our room. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it was a very good location and the area was nice with a lovely bakery just up the street, but also Costa not too far either. Highly recommend and we will keep it in mind when we return"
