"Room was clean.close to public transport. Didn't like size of room not as shown in photos. Room, on day we arrived, was very hot, 29c, with only a fan. The absurdity of having a kitchenette, apartment hotel, that you couldnt use unless you paid was ridiculous. "

"We do not know the Harburg-Hamburg area well, and only booked this hotel because it was near to my sister's home, just a short bus ride. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the fair value of the breakfast options. Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would make it an ideal place to stay. We will stay here in future when visiting our family members."
