"Greta location for pubs and shops . Staff were all really nice and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was the hot water tap in the galley area wasn’t hot enough to make teas and coffees and the vending machine was out of order on our floor for water and snacks "

"Check in quick and efficient. Room comfortable. No view. Only negitive was losing power on the morning of check out. This meant showering in darkness and then loss of water. Problem with back up generator which should be tested regularly."
