"All of the staff truly made this the most enjoyable vacation ever! However one stood out, it was the front office manager Gergana who greeted us with warmth and professionalism that went above and beyond! At one point we were just struggling with time zone changes and the heat that had unexpectedly surprised everyone in England, she not only guided us to make arrangements with venues that were available in the later hours and air conditioned, she helped us make our bookings and get the most out of our vacation! We had traveled five days to get to Harrogate England dues to several flight cancellations but because of her help we went from miserable to totally rested, relaxed and rejuvenated! It was her kindness and caring that made our experience amazing! Next year we will take a another multi country holiday trip of a lifetime holiday and we are looking for Hotel Du Vin as the focal point for the cities we will go to next! "Great location,room very spacious and tidy Floor boards creaky but it’s an old building so to be expected, don’t let that deter you from staying. We cannot comment on any other areas as we only stayed one night on route to the airport "

"Great from check in till check out. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Work going on, so a bit difficult to park, but we found a space. Short walk into the town with lots of places to eat with 5/10 minutes walk. Would book again when visiting Harrogate "

"We only stayed one night, but we found the hotel to be inan excellent location to enjoy a beautiful evening in Harrogate. The hotel is a classic old grand hotel with all the charm you would expect from such a place. It has all the lovely touches you need and it is such a refreshing difference from the modern quite sterile luxury chains. To top it off we had a lovely day in Knaresborough just a few minutes drive away the next day and i definitely see us coming back to the area and this hotel."
