"Good customer service "

"We were in a room but next door was a very noisy dog who kept barking constantly. We asked to be moved and we were. We went in to our new room and we had no dressing gowns as promised when we paid for the room. After calling we were given one slightly sad looking dressing gown without a belt and actually rather grubby. Apparently this was all that was available!! Staff were friendly and polite but we definitely didn’t get the room we paid for or the extras. "

"Stayed at this hotel on the 21/22 of september for the boxing at Wembley. As you can imagine hotel prices rocket. As for this hotel the price was very good a short taxi ride away or a 20 min walk. I found the hotel to be clean in a quiet safe area with plenty of shops and a great pub called the Preston near by. Andy who was on the reception was brilliant couldn’t help enough gave good advice and couldn’t help enough. Thank you for a great stay would highly recommend "

"Three houses joined to make one hotel. Off road parking to front. Had top attic room which was clean and spacious, nothing fancy but adequate, was only there to visit son and go to theatre so just parked car and left for day out, back for comfortable night sleep. Decent bathroom and shower. Used Tesco points so only cost £16 bargain. Would reccomend and stay again. Lovely staff. Thank you. "

"The hotel has all the things you need but the decor is a little tired. The staff work very hard and all in all for a basic place to stay it fulfilled our needs."
