"We were in a room but next door was a very noisy dog who kept barking constantly. We asked to be moved and we were. We went in to our new room and we had no dressing gowns as promised when we paid for the room. After calling we were given one slightly sad looking dressing gown without a belt and actually rather grubby. Apparently this was all that was available!! Staff were friendly and polite but we definitely didn’t get the room we paid for or the extras. "

"We love South Harrow. It is a great place to stay in London. And this flat is a great place to come home to at the end of the day. Well equipped, clean, consistent--it was our second stay here and it was excellent. It's a quick walk to the South Harrow Station and off to all of London. Great local restaurants. Or catch the bus to anywhere right outside the front door. "
