Rob at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service when we checked in. The location of the hotel is central to shopping and dining in Waikiki. The hotel is right off the beach where you carefully need to step across a yard of shells to get to the sandy area. Most people didn’t seem to mind it. The elevator can be a little frustrating. I wish there was a hot tub area for adults only, especially for the price we pay to stay here.
