Staff were particularly well spoken in English and helpful explaining where things are and various services like in-room massage and laundry pick up. Overall great place to stay - castle view room with a safe, fridge, coffee and tea. Only disappointment for my friend and I was that their pool/spa was pay-to-use, which doesn’t seem to match the style of the hotel. Perhaps the high level room bookers get free...
