"Our room was beautiful. It had a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom was a good size. The only downside was that the toilet flush handle was broken but still worked. It could have done with better lighting in the bathroom as you couldn’t see in the mirror very well. The room was immaculately clean and had a sofa and tv with easy to connect to WiFi. Personally I struggled with comfort of the bed as I found it too soft but it was dressed with clean sheets and had extra pillows in the wardrobe....

"Check in wasn’t good , the directions to the room wasn’t clear, after 15 min of walking round the castle with two heavy bags we had to phone reception and ask them to come and help us . While walking round the castle we say lots and lots of dirty plates, cups glasses, left over food, outside peoples rooms and on windows sills. The stairs to our room were very difficult to get up. I ordered a bottle of bubbly and two glasses to the room as a SUPRISE for my husbands birthday. It never arrived...
