Fantastic staff from the heavy lifting doormen, Quan, the guest service specialist Jennie on checkin, the foot massages, sauna,jacuzzi,swimming pool and weight room, the breakfast staff with special commendation to the omelet chef, Thoan, she cooked to order my everything flipped omelets. The cleaning people were thorough and accomodated my needs. Special recognit[ion)goes out to Bar tender Khanh who served me my mojito with a splash of dark rum just as I like it along with his team of Lam and Vi. The stay was so wonderful, I extended another 10days for the New Year.

The hotel was very nice and centrally located. The breakfast buffet was Vietnamese cuisine; definitely worth it. Plus the dinner restaurant was also great. The only gripe is that the room has limited insulation so if you like quiet it might be an issue for you. But the staff was polite and curteous with great food so I’d stay again. The elevator bay is only one so you might need to wait. I’d ask to do a low floor room in case you have to use the stairs

A beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff! Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious! The pool is on the roof. A bit crowded for lounging before and after a dip. But, there is a hot tub/Jacuzzi. The spa is very nice! The gym is small, but has good quality equipment. The room is very luxurious. My room didn't have a window. But, hey, i went there to sleep. Unless youre on a top floor with a veiw, it doesnt matter. The hotel is decorated in antiques in the lobby area! So cool! High speed wifi (around 30 to 40 MB/sec). Good for watching youtube, etc. Large tv in the room with all kinds of channels from all over the world. Walking in the area is great to get to almost all the highlights of the city. Miseums, markets etc. Tons of little shops in the area too! I loved this place! Id stay here again!

A lovely boutique hotel in district 1. Walking distance to the Ben Thanh markets, cafe apartments and subway stops. The rooms are spacious with a tub and have wooden floors which doesn’t absorb sound but everyone was very considerate in the hallways. There is a small rooftop pool, bar and sauna. Breakfast is a buffet variety of hot foods, eggs made to order, pancakes, bahn mi, fruits and juice, tea, coffee. Our room price included breakfast daily, cocktails and a foot massage. Overall great value.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found quite a lot to appreciate about the property. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms themselves are well-appointed and comfortable, with nice amenities and furnishings. Throughout my stay, the front desk staff was consistently helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I encountered a significant issue that unfortunately impacted my experience. On the morning of my stay, I was abruptly awakened at 7 AM by the housekeeping staff servicing the room directly across from mine. The staff members were quite loud, leaving the door open while communicating via walkie-talkies and calling out to each other across the hallway. This continued for about two hours, making it impossible to get back to sleep. As a hotel guest, undisturbed rest is a basic expectation, and this level of noise during early morning hours was disappointing. While I appreciate many aspects of this hotel, I would suggest management review their housekeeping protocols to be more mindful of guest comfort, particularly regarding noise levels during morning room servicing. Perhaps implementing quiet hours or ensuring doors remain closed during cleaning could help maintain a more peaceful environment for guests who wish to rest. Despite this issue, the hotel has many positive qualities that could make it a good choice for travelers, particularly those who plan to be up early.

The hotel was in a great location, extremely cleaning and the staff most helpful. The breakfast was perfect to start the day and there was great variety of food.
