"The Time New York Hotel could not be better located. It is within easy walking distance to Broadway Theatres, subway stations and fantastic restaurants, and both the front desk team and maintenance team were super friendly and helpful."

"I was annoyed that the room was not ready by 3:00. We arrived @ 12 and asked for an early check in. One of the rooms was available close to 3:00 and the other room was not available until 3:20 after several phone calls to ask them to get the room inspected so we could check in. For a one night stay, it should have been ready by 3:00. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. "
