"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"This hotel is only 15 minutes from the Oberwiesenthal ski area. The facilities are spacious, modern and very clean. Lots of parking too. l was hesitant to book a single room because there were no photos on the listing, but this turned out to be the most comfortable single room ever.
