"What a great place. The wife loved it. The food.... oh god... the Foooodddd. Wife loved her vegan Cauliflower dish. I had the fish. Utterly fantastic. The wine was brilliant. Now too the Staff. Who are wonderful. They made her night. The building. Old and well restored. ( I snag new builds for a living. ) But the job done was very good. Few niggles, but thats just.. job eyes. "Due to Covid and having to self isolate for 14 days on our arrival back to Canada, We decided in April to cancel the two rooms booked. We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "
