Bed could only be accessed from the end which was ok for us but wouldn't work for everyone. Also meant plug sockets/light switches not accessible from there which wasn't ideal. Check-in was online/self-service which was supposed to make it easier but didn't really, as was confusing and staff were there essentially doing it for everyone...

"Excellent experience at this hotel. We came in at 9am and very jet lagged and they allowed us early check in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. Walking distance to all that Dublin has to offer. Only regret and this was not the hotel’s fault by any means - my husband’s phone got stolen right off his hand while he was walking down o Connell street! So beware of thieves. Other than that we had a great experience. "

"The design of the hotel is lovely and the staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was sufficient and had everything i needed. The rooms could do with a freshen up, there was a lot of chipped paintwork and things just looked shabby, i couldn't tell if the shower was dirty or the grouting was strained. Breakfast was ok, for the peice charged i dont think it was worth it as i think you'll find better in the cafes surrounding the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay "

"We arrived around 10am and were lucky our room was ready and allowed us to check in right away! This was amazing after a very early wake up. Short distance walk to shops and temple bar. Always accommodating with things we asked for. Lovely set up in the room with a little kitchen with all we needed. WhatsApp communication with reception if needed. Only things which were slightly annoying was that we were in room 271 and it’s directly near the lifts we Could hear a beeping noise on the landing...
