"This property was terrible no communication whatsoever. They say parking it wasn’t available. We opened the main door and the handle came off. I literally grab my kids and left. Contacted Hotels.com for a refund since we didn’t stay, no one answered so they just kept my money. Area looks very unsafe for family. "What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."
