Communal areas need refurbishing as heavy use. Busy area so if on lower levels can hear outside but have to expect this in a city. Lots of places to eat nearby. "

"The staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the shower was large. It was quiet despite being on a fairly main road area. Grocery store and take away food places within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast and dining area was lovely and you can access this area at all times to make a tea or coffee (as there are no facilities for this in the room.
