"OK, so we quickly realised this place is being used for socially housing homeless/asylum/those in need. Receptionist who greeted us, young lad, very pleasant and polite and helpful. Breakfast which we paid for on the day was varied and just alright. "The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful. Good room service for the breakfast. The room was fairy clean as was the bathroom . Apart from small stain on the bed sheet, a little bit of broken plaster around the window .The Window was dirty. And the heating dident come on so was a little bit cold in the night. "

"There were not curtains or black out curtains on the windows. The mirror had emotion detection led lights and as I was trying to switch them off I found a syringe, thankfully without the needle. I'm very disappointed with the overall condition of the room."
