"The staff were really lovely, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, the hotel is outdated and in desperate need of modernisation. Our suite was big and had amazing views. But the rooms and bathroom need renovation. Corridors upstairs smelt of horrible frying. We paid all inclusive but was very happy to eat out as the food was depressing."

"The Kempinski in soma bay is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet bay with a clean massive sandy beach, azure waters and mountains in the horizon.
