"It was a wonderful stay and everything about it was great- from the friendly and helpful agent, Ale, and the chef, whose breakfasts were fresh and delicious- it was perfect, except that we were a bit lost on arrival, as there was no signage in front of the building, but Ale said they will replace the sign soon! "This was a 2 night stay while in CDMX on business. It’s a nice facility with very friendly staff. However, the management seems to be skimping unnecessarily. For example there is a coffee machine in the room but you must go to the front desk to buy the pods. So much for waking up and enjoying a fresh cup in your room. Also face towels were only available upon request. Why? The gym is pretty nice but no towels or even a water cooler. Again, why? I might stay here again but I might also try...
