"Excellent communication w the apartment. We needed an early check-in due to the train situation. We had a few WhatsApps messages and waited for a bit outside the building and managed to get in alright. Much appreciated their help and understanding. It made a huge difference to our first day arrival at Salzburg. I then realised the apartment is located just across the road from the hotel I stayed 19yrs ago !! The booking process was easy via Expedia. The apartment staff has been v attentive since I have done the booking and registration. The cleaner lady popped by twice to finish off the details of housekeeping. We don't speak German but can absolutely feel her friendliness. Big smiles 😊. The apartment is very close to the town centre, train station and Mirabell garden. Interior all new and modern. Also v quiet. Strongly recommend!! Thank you Oren !! 😊"

"We really enjoyed our stay at arte Hotel Salzburg. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, with spacious rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We especially loved the large windows and stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains—it really added something special to our stay. The location is super convenient, right next to the main train station and just a short walk or ride to the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring Salzburg. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, arte Hotel Salzburg was a great place to stay—modern, comfortable, and in a perfect spot. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!"

"Very nice and stylish hotel, good value, quick check-in and check-out, large modern room, good sized TV and very nice bathroom, anti slip device for the shower would be an advantage, so please add, breakfast is very nice and relaxing, very good quality, location is ace opposite the train station and within easy walking distance to shopping, the old town and the the three river triangle and cathedral (Dom). Highly recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone who wants value, design and location. Enjoy. Stayed here at the MK Hotel Passau in April 2025. Hope to stay again. "

"The property is in the mid point between train station and historical.town center and within easy walking distance to both. We arrived at noon time and was able to check in. We also got upgraded to a newly refurbished room which looks very new and all interior are very well done with high quality material. It is an enjoyable stay."
