"Very cute property with extremely helpful staff. The location was absolutely amazing. The 8 and 388 buses are within metres and many more within a few minutes walk."
"Wonderful front desk and concierge, kind and helpful. The room is nicely appointed and beds are superior!! Close to good food, sights, bus line and fun neighborhood shopping, would definitely stay again!!! "
"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

10/10 Excellent
"Interesting concept hotel. Modular rooms fit two people but just barely. My wife and I laughed a lot crawling over each other back and forth in bed. The overall cleanliness was very high. It is a good location near Tower of London/Tower Bridge. Right beside a tube stop (Tower Hill). The touchless check in and cashless premises were a surprise by not a problem. Good hotel breakfast for $20. It is definitely on a 2 person (well really 1.5 person) room. "
"The service is absolutely ASTONISHING! The staff and manager always went above and beyond for us and were so accommodating! The station was nearby as well, and there were already restaurants attached as well which made getting food very convenient when we were in a rush! I recommend this stay, especially if you’re new to the city! "
"Nice place. We had a beautiful view of the Tower bridge. The breakfast buffet was insanely expensive and not worth the price. There were only two downsides to the room. It had no AC and we were there during a heat wave. They did provide a fan. Both the sink and shower faucets leaked. Other than those two things, we really liked it."
"Clean and modern hotel, very small rooms though, could do with being just a touch bigger. Liked the complimentary breakfast fast check in and check out. A drinking water refill station would be a great addition "
"Great location with shops and pubs. A mix of commercial and nightlife. Easy to get to and fro tourist spots as well as some more chill areas to go out. Would absolutely book again. Only downside was lack of space to unpack, had to live out of our three suitcases."
"The property was incredible. Easily the best hotel spa we have ever used. From the moment we walked in to our check-out, the staff were friendly and helpful."
