It is a good hotel in an easy access and historical area. The staff and the room were fine. The only recommendation I would make is to not have loud, thumping, soulless pop music assaulting the guests ears during breakfast at 06:30 in the morning. The classic breakfast room has a great ambiance that is destroyed when this trash takes over the room. Other than that, it is a good hotel. The staff are pretty attentive.

Super cool property with a neat history-in a 172 year old building. They kept neat features, but incorporated into it practical items like hanging hooks & high quality bathroom decor. Gorgeous view of mosque at night all lit-up and excellent area, super close (5 minute walk) to Eminou port for ferries plus metro station. Only 15 minute walk to Haifa Sophia and Blue Mosque! Excellent customer service at front desk also!! I really needed a referral to an important service and they gave me an invaluable recommendation. Much appreciated!

Wonderful stay! Extremely clean and comfortable bed (I’m super picky on beds). Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and pleasant. They made our stay extra special because it was our 3 year anniversary. Upon reaching the property which my Wife has stayed at on 2 previous occasions, we was shocked to see lots of dust in the room & furthermore the room was infested with bugs and we was both bitten several times all over our body. We complained but there was no rooms for us to change as the hotel was at full capacity. We couldn’t sleep due to the bites & this made the stay uncomfortable. I would like so refund for this as it is not what i expected when I paid for this hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen man erreicht so ziemlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Metro die Schiffe und die Trambahn sind in 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend man wird gut satt das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade omdat we twee kamers hadden geboekt en graag op dezelfde etage wilden verblijven. Dit werd zonder problemen geregeld, wat we enorm waardeerden. De kamers waren zeer schoon en comfortabel, met alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en in het bijzonder willen we Sercan Bey bedanken voor zijn geweldige service. Hij heeft ons enorm goed geholpen en ervoor gezorgd dat we ons welkom voelden. Alles bij elkaar een topverblijf en absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. We komen zeker terug

Mega tolle Zeit im Mercure

Super Hotel Top Lage Einfach fantastisch Service mega. Der Receptionist ist im Regen mit uns bis zur Subwaystation gelaufen. Das sieht man nicht alle Tage. Einfach Toll im Mercure Essen im Restaurant unten ist auch Top.
