"Among the hotels I've stayed at so far, this one has been the most satisfying in terms of infrastructure. The design of the lobby and rooms is magnificent; in terms of soundproofing, HVAC performance, and water installation, it is flawless to the point of being a quality benchmark in Turkey. It is a facility designed and built with great attention to detail. The surrounding area is so well-done that it eliminates the usual confusion I sometimes experience regarding parking in Istanbul. The service and staff were just as excellent as the facility itself, with outstanding service provided by Betül, Melek, and Mahmut. This is a hotel you can choose in Istanbul with complete peace of mind."

"The staff here is fine. However it seems as if the quality of Yotel has went down since my last visit. The room did not even provide a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and the lounge is cheap and lacking for the cost. "
