"The lovely Magdalena (Mags) on reception was very welcoming offering a glass of champagne whilst checking in. She upgraded our room, helped with our bags and showed us round the room. The room was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were very nice. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The one thing that stands out to me is there is no obvious area to stop the car, unload baggage and check in. I found a small lot behind the building and left my car there as I walked back to the front to check in. The car park is actually across the street and once that was explained to me it wasn’t too much of a bother. "

"Great wee room does need a wee bit hoovering done but bed sheets clean and bed is comfy I stayed in room 2 got a awesome sleep the lady who was working those two night was so helpful and such a lovely lady she helped me both nights Fri and sat. I went to get breakfast from McDonald’s the both mornings and had plenty snacks in room. We took our fire stick with us and watched a movie on the sat night and Wi-Fi worked brill"

"An absolutely gorgeous hotel. It’s a delight from the time you walk in and meet the friendly staff to the time you sadly have to leave. Communal areas well light and spacious. Bedrooms were beautiful, simply set and effortlessly classy. The bathroom was perfect, the range of products were spot on and quite tasteful. Breakfast had a splendid array to choose from and definitely had something for everyone. Staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, very smartly dressed in their uniform....

"The Hotel was a nice stay I used the restaurant and bar, food was good and the staff very polite. my room was comfortable and had the nice touch of tea, coffee and biscuits options with an additional 2 x packs of crisps and 2 x bottles of water. The bed could do with a new mattrass as there was no padding left in it, when sat on there you felt the base. Apart from that all was ok."
