"Lovely hotel, and conveniently a part of one of our favorite Syracuse restaurants. Our room was in the first floor and super noisy from the family directly above. We heard their toddler running, screaming, crying, their conversations all hours of the night, and their very early morning departure. So sound proofing in the rooms is just not up to the same level as other places we've stayed in Syracuse. The rooms are lovely otherwise, and we would simply request a second floor room next time....

"The staff were very friendly. The room was bigger than other hotels we have stayed at in the same area. One thing we always check is the ACs for mold and we’re impressed how clean it was. The bed was comfy and there was a large tv, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was basic but clean. We were on the third floor, no musty smells in the hallway like other hotels. Also was very quiet. Overall very pleased, especially for a value hotel. "
